- What does 12 to 24 business hours mean exactly?
- It runs from the moment your order is paid and complete, and it counts business hours, Monday to Friday. An order paid on a Thursday afternoon is back by Friday afternoon at the latest.
- What do I have to supply?
- The material you already hold. For a listing video that's the listing details and at least 8 usable photographs, uploaded in the order you want them shown. Each product page lists what its form asks for and why each field is there.
- How many revisions do I get?
- Your invoice states the number of included rounds and the window for asking. A round covers the photo selection, the photo order, which facts appear, the music and any factual correction. A mistake on our side gets fixed at no charge and doesn't count as a round.
- What files do I actually receive?
- A horizontal cut at 1920 by 1080, a vertical cut at 1080 by 1920, a still thumbnail, the narration script as plain text, and a manifest carrying a hash and a byte count for every file. An unbranded version comes on request at no extra charge.
- Who owns the finished work?
- You do. On payment in full, our contribution to the finished video transfers to you. The software and the templates stay ours. Your work is never used as our sample.
- What happens if the material I send is not usable?
- The order stops before an invoice exists, and you get everything that's wrong at once rather than one thing per attempt. Fewer than 8 usable photographs, or a required field left blank, and the order gets declined rather than padded. Nothing is charged for an order that doesn't start.
- How do I pay?
- By invoice to your email, in full, before production starts. No card, no deposit, no card on file, and nothing is charged on this site.
