Real estate
One listing, one address, nothing else on the page.
On a portal your listing sits in a row with forty others. A single property website is the listing on its own domain: photographs full width, the facts, the map, and one inquiry form that comes to you. It goes up before the first showing and comes down when the sale closes.
Two fields on the form below and you hear first when it opens.
This is the folder.
What lands in your inbox, itemized. Hold us to every line of it.
Who buys this.
Agents who want something to hand over in a listing presentation, and sellers who expect their property treated as its own thing rather than a row in a feed.
You already pay a photographer for every listing. The site is a second use of that shoot, and it is the thing you point at when a seller asks what you do that the last agent did not.
Send material that already exists, the order gets checked before an invoice is written, and the files come back as a download link with a manifest listing a hash and a byte count for each one. No shoot, no crew, no calendar to match, no software to learn.
You already have every one of these.
The intake asks for what the work needs and nothing else. Each line below gets used, and a line that would not get used is not asked for.
| What you send | What it is used for |
|---|---|
| The address and the listing details | the page is built from them, the same seven a video order asks for |
| The photographs | used full width and in the gallery, in the order you upload them |
| A domain, or a word to build one from | the site answers on a name you own rather than on a folder of ours |
| Where an inquiry should land | the form posts straight there, with the listing recorded on every message |
Want this one?
Two fields, and one line that does the real work.
The rest of it.
Listing Videos runs on the same intake, the same window and the same terms this one will.
