Privacy
Short, because the site does very little. No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, and no cookie banner, because it sets no cookies.
What is collected, and why

That is the whole list. The site asks for nothing else and records nothing else about you. It never sees or stores a card number, a card expiry or a security code.
What the site does not do
- It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
- It runs no analytics, no advertising pixel and no session recorder.
- It runs no third party scripts of any kind. Every file the page loads comes from this domain.
- It never sells, rents or shares your details, and it never adds you to a marketing list because you placed an order.
Where it is held, and for how long
Order records and uploaded photographs sit in the storage attached to this site, which runs on Netlify. They are kept while your order is open, and afterward for as long as a question about it may need answering or a record of it producing. Your invoice states the period files remain available for download.
Email we exchange with you sits in our mailbox in the ordinary way.
Payment is taken by our processor, Mollie, on its own checkout page or on the invoice it sends you. Card details are entered there and never here, so this site holds none and never has. What comes back to us is a reference and whether it is paid.
An unfinished order is stored, and this is what that means.
The first page of the order saves your name, your email, and your brokerage and phone number if you gave them, at the moment you press the button and before anything else is asked of you.
It is saved so that the order survives a closed tab, a dead battery and a change of mind on a Tuesday afternoon. Without it, leaving the order halfway through would lose everything you had typed, and there would be no way to send you a link back to it.
Each saved order gets a private link, and that link is the only thing that opens it. The order reference on its own is not enough. The link is what we put in a reminder email, so that anyone who has the email can finish the order and nobody else can read it.
While an order is unfinished you get up to five reminders over three weeks, each one carrying a link that stops them for good. An order that has not been completed within 30 days is closed, and the record and every photograph uploaded to it are deleted at that point.
A paid order is never deleted on that schedule, because it is a paid order and we owe you the work. If a paid order has no photographs yet, we come and ask rather than close it.
To have an unfinished order removed sooner, ask through the contact form with the order reference, and it goes the same day it is read.
Having it deleted
Ask through the contact form with your order reference. The order record and the uploaded photographs get deleted, and you get a confirmation when it is done. Whatever a tax or accounting rule requires us to keep, we keep, and we say what that is.
The form works without scripting and says plainly if it fails to send, so a request never disappears silently.
You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that affects an order already placed, the people it affects get an email rather than a quietly edited page.
