Every price we charge is on this page.
Flat per item, published before you write to us, and prepaid by card or by invoice. Nothing is hourly and nothing moves with the value of the thing being sold.
Counted from the moment an order is paid and complete, in business hours, Monday to Friday.

Listing Videos, the full ladder.
One price whatever the photograph count, whatever the property is worth, whatever the market is doing. Packs are prepaid and the videos in one never expire. The $5 sample is the way in: one real listing video, produced and delivered exactly like a paid single, watermarked, one per customer.

Every price is in US dollars. The $5 sample is one listing video, produced and delivered exactly like a paid single, with a visible watermark on the file and a limit of one per customer. Above 20 videos the price is quoted rather than listed, because the cadence changes what it costs to hold the window open. Ask for a volume quote and say what cadence you want.
There are two, and this is both of them.
A rush and a volume quote. The unbranded cut isn't on the list because it's free.

Rush on a pack is quoted rather than listed, because it depends on how many of the videos you want rushed. On an order above twenty the rush is priced inside the quote.
Prepaid, by card or by invoice.
Prepaid either way, and you pick which on the second page of the order: pay by card at the checkout our payment processor hosts, or ask for an invoice and pay it from the link on it. Production starts when the order is paid in full.
No deposit, no retainer, no minimum, no monthly commitment, and no card kept on file. Card details go to the processor and never to us or to this site. You order when you have a listing and not otherwise.
Fewer than 8 usable photographs, or one of the seven required fields left blank, and the order stops before an invoice exists. Nothing is charged for an order that doesn't start.
