One price per video whatever the photo count, whatever the property is worth, and whatever the market is doing.

Every price is in US dollars. Packs are prepaid, and there is no expiry on the videos in a pack.
Every order includes
- A horizontal video at 1920 by 1080, for a listing page, a website and YouTube.
- A vertical video at 1080 by 1920, for Reels, Stories, TikTok and Shorts.
- A still thumbnail.
- The narration script as text, so you can read it before you post it.
- A manifest listing a hash and a byte count for every file, so a copy can be checked against what was delivered.
- An unbranded version on request at no extra charge, for a service that requires one.

Rush on a pack is quoted rather than listed, because it depends on how many of the videos in the pack you want rushed. On a 20 plus order the rush is priced inside the quote.
How payment works
Nothing is charged on this site. You place the order, we check it, and we email an invoice. Production starts when the invoice is paid in full and the videos arrive inside the turnaround window from that point.
Prepayment is how this stays at a flat price. There is no deposit, no retainer, no minimum, and no charge if we decline the order.
When we decline an orderFewer than 8 usable photos, or a missing required field, and the order stops before an invoice is raised. You are told exactly what is missing and you can send it back in. Nothing is charged for an order that does not start.
Questions
- What does 12 to 24 business hours mean exactly?
- It is measured from the moment your order is paid and complete, and it counts business hours, Monday to Friday. An order placed and paid on a Thursday afternoon is back by Friday afternoon at the latest.
- What if my listing is on Zillow or on my MLS?
- Those pages cannot be read from the outside, so the order form asks you to paste the details and upload the photos yourself. It takes a few minutes and it is the same form for every listing, wherever it is published.
- Why 8 photos?
- Below eight the video has to repeat shots to fill the runtime, and a repeated shot looks like a thin listing. We would rather decline the order than pad it.
- Who writes the words?
- You do, or the listing does. Every sentence in the narration is either a fixed line that says nothing about the property, a value read from a field you filled in, or a sentence quoted from your own description word for word. Nothing about the property is written for you, so nothing appears that you did not already say.
