A vacant listing costs the same to market as a furnished one and photographs worse. Staging closes that gap on the photographs you already took, and the editing fixes what the light did on the day.
Send material that already exists, the order gets checked before an invoice is written, and the files come back as a download link with a manifest listing a hash and a byte count for each one. No shoot, no crew, no calendar to match, no software to learn.
